After an extraordinarily stressful two years I looked up to discover I had gained about twenty pounds. In my journey to lose the weight I discovered a great cookbook - "The G.I. Diet" by Rick Gallop. At first I was skeptical that the sometimes strange mixture of ingredients would create a delicious meal. I was pleasantly surprised! This cookbook has so many good recipes that I tell everyone know about it. Check back regularly because as I cook a meal from the cookbook I am going to let you know how it went and post pictures.
